It's Nice to Meet you
HI! I'm Kellie, Speech-Language Pathologist & International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I earned my bachelor's degree in Speech and Hearing Science from The Ohio State University and my master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Cincinnati. For the past 15+ years, I have worked with the pediatric population.
After running my pediatric therapy practice (Premier Speech), for the past decade, I developed a deep understanding of the importance of intervening in a child’s life from birth to age three. As I felt a calling to shift my focus to providing support to mothers, infants, and toddlers, I decided to pursue advanced training in lactation. I recently obtained the International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) credential. Additionally, I have extensive training in tethered oral tissue, assessing and diagnosing feeding and communication disorders, and pre-/post-revision therapy.
Why I Started This Company
When I think about my journey as a wife, mother, and educator, it all relates to the support I provide to parents and children today. My goal is to give babies an optimal start with their oral feeding and speech development. I hope to give parents the support and guidance needed when deciding to how to feed their babies. My mission with Green Living and Wellness is to get you off to a great start, from birth and beyond!
What We Do
As a Speech-Language Pathologist and IBCLC, I have a unique working knowledge of all things oral, speech, feeding, and lactation related. And as a mother who struggled with breastfeeding both of my children, I also have the lived experience of feeling overwhelmed and searching for answers. Here at Green Living & Wellness, I combine over 15 years of pediatric therapy experience with advanced training in lactation to create a place where families can find trusted support for breastfeeding, pumping, bottle-feeding, infant and toddler feeding challenges, as well as pre-and post-natal wellness and education.

In My Spare Time
I live in Powell, OH with my husband and two sons. In my spare time, I enjoy teaching/practicing yoga, sewing, and watching my children’s sporting events. My special interests include optimal oral function, tethered oral tissue (tongue tie), maternal wellness, and providing breastfeeding education and support to BIPOC communities.
