I offer no-judgment and practical support through virtual sessions or face-to-face full-service lactation visits at my Columbus, OH office.
We are able to directly bill for the following insurance PPO plans: Anthem, BCBS, Cigna, Medical Mutual of Ohio, Multiplan, OSU Health Plan, and PNOA! Most other Ohio health insurance providers fully reimburse for our services too. If we are out-of-network, you will schedule as a 'self pay' patient.

Aetna & Other PPO Plans
We are currently out-of-network for these plans. However, we can relieve you of the hassle of filing a claim and submitting your superbill. We will create the superbill and submit the claim for you! Payment is due at the time of service and any reimbursement will come directly to you. You will be able to check the status of your claim on the Reimbursify app. You can verify your benefits for free below to see what your plan provides in terms of out-of-network coverage. If you have not met your deductible, you will likely be subject to some cost-sharing, even with an in-network provider.

In this 1:1 consult, we answer all questions you have surrounding feeding your baby. A review of your health history is part of this consult to best prepare yourself to meet your feeding goals. Initial Lactation - Self Pay

We will cover a full health history and provide education and guidance to set you up for success in meeting your personal feeding goals. This includes positioning/latch, pumping, bottle feeding, sleep concerns, and whatever else you would like assistance with. We will also weigh your baby before and after a feeding, if needed. You will be given a plan of care, written report to your pediatrician and/or healthcare provider (if applicable). HSA/FSA Eligible Expense

Follow Up Lactation - Self Pay

Bottle Refusal - Self Pay

For parents struggling to get their baby to take a bottle. Bottle consults offer expert guidance tailored to your infant's individual situation. Our consultants have the expertise needed for providing paced bottling techniques, encouraging development-based feeding positions, and creating an optimized care plan that includes both appropriate amounts and frequency of feedings.
