Yoga and Wellness


Yoga is our favorite way to help expecting and new parents improve their overall health and wellness. We understand how much the body and mind change during these pivotal times and how important establishing mindful and physical practices are. Our prenatal and post-natal yoga helps parents improve their overall mood, reduce stress, increase flexibility, strength, and coordination, and lead to lifelong wellness practices. A movement or meditation practice may also help with breastfeeding difficulties. 

We offer individual and group yoga classes for mothers and fathers. Yoga classes take place online.
